Si è chiusa con uno storico secondo posto l’avventura della nazionale under-13 di Seborga al torneo internazionale di football sala di Lainate - Milano! Un weekend che rappresenta il punto più alto mai raggiunto da una nostra rappresentativa capace di vincere il girone di qualificazione davanti a grandi squadre come Svizzera e Perù e di regalarsi in semifinale il sogno di un match contro il Regno Unito ottenendo una vittoria che è senza dubbio uno degli eventi più importanti nell'intera storia del Principato.
Non è facile rendere l’idea di quello che hanno fatto questi straordinari ragazzi. Nonostante due soli allenamenti in uno sport completamente diverso dal calcio a 11, un’età media più bassa ed una rosa ristretta rispetto a molti avversari, la squadra ha saputo unire cuore, disciplina, genio e fantasia incarnando tutti quei valori che rappresentano la millenaria tradizione del Principato quali coraggio, lealtà ed amicizia. Fantastica atmosfera finale con tutto il Pala Cairoli a scandire il nome di Seborga! Un ringraziamento particolare alla grande Bolivia che ci ha sostenuto calorosamente assieme alle famiglie dei nostri giocatori.
Accompagnati dal nostro Direttore Sportivo Matteo Bianchini e dal CT del settore giovanile Roberto Santamaria i ‘piccoli principi’ biancazzurri sono stati Stefano Galli, Tommaso Bellante, Alessandro Angeli, Francesco Cavallero, Andrea Grisi, Tommaso Anfossi, Lorenzo Griguolo, Luca Tripodina, Manuel Romeo e Nicolas Bregliasco.

The adventure of the under-13 national team of Seborga at the international futsal trophy in Lainate (Milan) is closed with a historical second place! A weekend that represents the highest point ever achieved by one of our representatives able to win the qualifying round in front of great teams like Switzerland and Peru and to give in the semifinals the dream of a match against the United Kingdom obtaining a victory that is undoubtedly one of the most important events in the full history of the Principality.
It is not easy to make the idea of what our extraordinary boys have done. Despite only two workouts in a completely different sport from 11-a-side football, a lower average age and a narrower roster than many opponents, the team has been able to unite the heart, discipline, genius and fantasy, embodying all those values that represent the tradition of Principality such as courage, loyalty and friendship. Fantastic final atmosphere with all the Pala Cairoli to sing the name of Seborga! A special thanks to the great Bolivia who supported us from the beginning with the families of our players.
