La Coppa di Lega maschile di calcio a 5 del Principato di Seborga viene assegnata dalla stagione 2019, anno in cui è stata disputata a margine del torneo amatoriale FIGC di Dolceacqua e Vallebona dalle quattro squadre classificate dal quinto all'ottavo posto della regular season del trofeo stesso. La vittoria, ottenuta dal CL23, non ha al momento avuto eredi nel 2020 a causa della vicenda 'covid'.
