Dopo un anno contraddistinto dalla sistematica violazione dei più elementari diritti e delle libertà dei cittadini italiani in nome dell’ambigua vicenda nota come ‘Covid 19’ arriva finalmente la sentenza di un tribunale penale, nella fattispecie quello di Reggio Emilia, a ristabilire ciò che in un Paese sedicente democratico dovrebbe essere ovvio ossia che un cittadino può vedere ridimensionate le proprie libertà esclusivamente per mano di una Autorità Giudiziaria che lo abbia ritenuto colpevole di un reato.
Non esiste quindi nessuna legge né tantomeno un DPCM che possa obbligare i cittadini a restare in casa o nel proprio comune neanche in presenza di una presunta ‘emergenza sanitaria’ e tantomeno a causa di un ‘virus’ di cui non sono mai stati dimostrati in modo incontrovertibile né la sua stessa esistenza né il suo eventuale legame coi tragici picchi di mortalità registrati in alcune province italiane (e per i quali ci uniamo ancora una volta ai milioni di cittadini che chiedono verità)…
Probabilmente chi ha effettuato i controlli in questi mesi, impegnato a far applicare i DPCM illegittimi, si è dimenticato che a monte degli stessi vi sono la Costituzione e le leggi che conferiscono ai cittadini ancora qualche scampolo di libertà, violata la quale si rientra in un caso addirittura prefigurabile come ‘sequestro di persona’ (Art. 605 codice penale)… Sentire ancora parlare a questo punto di zone ‘colorate’ con relative restrizioni, divieti e contravvenzioni da quindi l’idea della malafede da sempre insita in tali provvedimenti anche perché i cittadini raggiunti da questi verbali illegittimi devono comunque spendere tempo e denaro per farsi valere in sede giudiziaria dato che sentenze come quella di Reggio Emilia riguardano purtroppo solo lo specifico caso delle persone coinvolte nel dibattimento; la scelta stessa di agire tramite DPCM è stata infatti effettuata per impedire che sentenze come questa possano valere ‘erga omnes’ tramite la segnalazione alla Corte Costituzionale.
Ringraziamo di cuore tutti coloro che nei vari ambiti stanno cercando di contrastare questa pericolosa deriva economica e sociale ed in questo caso i legali con particolare menzione per l’avvocato Marco Mori del foro di Genova, uno dei punti di riferimento nelle nostre ricerche già da anni impegnato in altre battaglie contro la truffa dell’euro e dei trattati europei. Ci auguriamo che tutti coloro che a vario titolo hanno contribuito (e stanno contribuendo) a creare questa inaccettabile situazione possano risponderne nelle sedi opportune!

After a year marked by the systematic violation of the most elementary rights and freedoms of Italian citizens in the name of the ambiguous story known as 'Covid 19', the sentence of a criminal court finally arrives, in this case that of Reggio Emilia, to restore what in a self-styled democratic country should be obvious that a citizen can see his freedoms reduced exclusively at the hands of a judicial authority that has found him guilty of a crime.
There is therefore no law nor a DPCM that can oblige citizens not to leave their homes or their municipalities even in the presence of an alleged 'health emergency' and even less due to a 'virus' which have never been demonstrated in indisputable way neither its very existence nor its possible link with the tragic peaks of mortality recorded in some Italian provinces (and for which we once again join the millions of citizens who ask for truth)...
Probably those who carried out the checks in recent months , committed to enforcing the illegitimate Prime Ministerial Decree, it has forgotten that upstream of the same there are the Constitution and the laws that still give citizens some remnants of freedom, violated which is part of a case that can be envisaged as 'kidnapping' ( Art. 605 of the Criminal Code)… At this point, hearing about 'colored' areas with relative restrictions, prohibitions and fines gives rise to the idea of bad faith that has always been and inherent in these measures also because the citizens reached by these illegitimate reports will in any case have to spend time and money to assert themselves in court since the Reggio Emilia sentence (and other similar) unfortunately only concerns the specific case of the people involved in the trial; the very choice to act through DPCM was in fact made to prevent judgments like this from being valid 'erga omnes' by reporting to the Constitutional Court.
We sincerely thank all those who in various fields are trying to counter this dangerous economic and social drift and in this case the lawyers with particular mention for the lawyer Marco Mori of the Genoa bar, one of the points of reference in our research for years already engaged in other battles against the fraud of the euro and the European treaties. We hope that all those who in various ways have contributed (and are contributing) to create this unacceptable situation will be able to respond to it in the appropriate fora.
